Runs every remote QUnit page in the config, one after another, and reports as one run.

Sequential on purpose: two pages reporting into one TAP stream at once interleave, and a page nobody wrote is not a bundle that can be split — the parallelism a run has to offer is in the pages themselves, which are already whole suites.
