Opens one remote QUnit page and reports what it does, test by test.

Resolves when QUnit says the run ended. Rejects with PageUnrunnable when the page will not load, when nothing on it is QUnit, or when it stops saying anything for config.timeout — a page that hangs halfway is the case a plain waitForEvent would sit through forever.
